On April 14, the Drake University Agricultural Law Center organized and hosted a discussion about climate change and Iowa agriculture.
Climate change is a pressing issue around the world and Iowa will need to adapt to the challenges of more extreme weather. Iowa farmers are in a position to develop effective mitigation strategies. This workshop with over 45 stakeholders explored how Iowa agriculture can respond to these challenges and opportunities critical to our future.
Resources gathered and shared from this workshop are available on our Resources page.
A copy of the Letter of Invitation is available as well.
The workshop was supported by the ISU Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture, as part of the Sustainable Agricultural Land Tenure project, a joint initiative of Drake and the Leopold Center.
